Refund policy

We have an easy and hassle-free returns and exchange policy. Just get in touch with us at info@skinsgolf.com and we'll send more details on how to return or exchange your item. We aim to respond to emails within 1-2 days.

We're committed to complete customer satisfaction. Each of our products have gone through extensive testing, but should you notice any defects or if what you received is not what you ordered, please contact us at info@skinsgolf.com. We want to leave everyone with a positive experience, so we will endeavour to solve each case to the best of our ability.

We can only accept a return/exchange of our products that are in new condition and unused within 30 days of purchase. Our products cannot be previously used, nor have any odours, stains, marks or holes. All items will be checked on return for these elements.

If your product is defected in any way, we will send you out a replacement with shipping expenses covered by us.

For standard returns and exchanges, shipping expenses are at the customer's expense.

Should there be any delay in your shipment arriving past the guided delivery time on our site, please contact us so that we can check the status of your delivery and assist resolving your issue.

International Orders

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping for unwanted items is the customer’s responsibility, and all returns must be sent using a tracked FedEx or UPS service. We are not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.
